Have you benefited from information and support provided by CISN? If so, you may wish to donate to our continuing efforts. We are grateful for any and all contributions.

There are two ways to donate.

1. Kindly donate through PayPal via the link provided below. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this feature. If you do donate through PayPal print a copy of your receipt for tax purposes as we will not get a copy of your contact information.

The PayPal donation form is temporarily unavailable. Please contact us directly to make a donation.

2. Support us through your employment donation program. If your company uses the United Way Donation Program, just write in "Cancer Information and Support Network" in the "other" section. Our non-profit number is: (EIN # 75-3022584). This is a great way to support our work, as often companies will match your contributions.

POLICY STATEMENT REGARDING DONOR PRIVACY: CISN will not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose donor information to any outside party.

We will use 95% of all donated money to produce new web content, develop templates to help patients and their doctors and to create a newsletter that can be viewed online of new treatments and information on survivorship.

If you go to our advocacy section you will see several opportunities we have made available to users of this site to contribute personal stories.

We believe that as a cancer patient you are automatically enrolled in a new community of survivors. You can deepen that sense of community by sharing your story so others can learn and be inspired.

Tell Other People About Our Website
People may turn to you when friends or family get a cancer diagnosis. If so share our website with them. Often times you don’t learn the information you need until after you have made your most important decisions. Don’t let this happen to others – share our information often and early.
